Teddy Bear, with button eyes so bright,
Guides you to the land of night.
Hold him close and squeeze him tight,
As you both prepare for flight.
Up, up into dreams you soar,
Through clouds of cotton candy galore.
Past mountains made of pillows soft,
And rivers of warm milk aloft.
Visit castles built of blocks,
Where tick-tock sing the gentle clocks.
Bounce on beds of trampoline,
In this world, you are the queen (or king).
But hush now, for the night grows deep,
And Teddy says it’s time to sleep.
Back to your bed you’ll gently fall,
With happy dreams to cherish all.
Goodnight, sleep tight, my little one,
Tomorrow brings more day-time fun.
But for now, just close your eyes,
And let sweet dreams be your prize.
